Wonderful Nile Cruise Experience | Princess Sarah II

Aswan Nile River Sunset

Do you know that Nile River is the longest river in the world? With the river banks dotted with many historical sites, a trip to Egypt is not complete without Nile Cruise tour. Enjoy cruising and see the amazing wonders of Egypt on this floating hotel!

We have been to a few ocean cruises with our families but river cruise is our first experience and our first time cruising together. So we are super excited! And it turned out to be awesome. Having said that, exploring different attractions during a Nile Cruise tour was one of the best experiences and unforgettable moments we had in Egypt. It was very relaxing and romantic, where you can spend quality time with your loved ones. Nile Cruise is great for groups of families or friends too.

The routes from Aswan to Luxor or vice versa are the most popular ones. Common cruising days are around 3 to 4 days. If you have many days to spend and just want to relax, there are packages up to 7 days as well. We were onboard Princess Sarah II 5 stars Nile River Cruise from Aswan to Luxor for 3 nights.

Cruise Cabin

The room is equipped with air conditioning – totally an essential for a summer holiday. There is a bathtub in our bathroom too! Besides, we got two comfortable single beds for a good night sleep & a living area with mini bar and TV. The best part would be the panoramic windows! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery while the cruise is sailing.

Food

What is the best things about a cruise tour in common? The all-inclusive meals of course! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were served in international open buffet style at the main restaurant. Meals were included in the price we paid except drinking water and beverages. In short, the food we had was quite good. There was a variety of choices from local fruits, breads, pastries, salads, cheese, both local and international dishes. Eat all you can! Plus, every guest had a table pre-assigned to them so there was no hassle of finding a seat.

Catching Sunset

We never miss any sunset during our Nile Cruise tour.  Especially the first day when we were in Aswan, the sunset was amazeballs. No wonder people said the most beautiful part of Nile Cruise is here in Aswan, we couldn’t agree more.

Lounge & Night Entertainment

The lounge was crowded every night as there were events to entertain the guests onboard. We were able to keep our night time occupied with some live entertainment like belly dancing and Gallabaya party.

Star Gazing

“Find someone who will look at you like how Janet looks at the stars”. As the cruise sailed to places with zero light pollution, we can’t leave our eyes off the beautiful night sky while enjoying the breeze caressing through our hair. The surroundings were quiet – just us, the wind, and a sky full of stars.
